KryptoLabz LLC is a Washington State limited liability company engaged in the procurement, authentication, and resale of Pokémon Trading Card Game sealed product, graded singles, and related collectibles. We operate both via our eBay storefront (ebay.com/str/kryptolabz) and through direct private wholesale transactions.
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You may not:
KryptoLabz LLC represents that all products listed or sold are authentic and accurately described to the best of our knowledge. All sealed product is factory sealed at time of sale unless otherwise explicitly stated. Graded cards are sold in their original third-party grading service slabs (PSA, BGS, CGC) and condition is as indicated by the assigned grade.
We do not sell counterfeit, reproduction, or altered merchandise. Any product found to be inauthentic will be subject to our return policy.
Engagement in wholesale or private bulk purchase transactions is subject to the following conditions:
KryptoLabz LLC ships internationally and is the exporter of record for applicable shipments. Buyers are responsible for understanding and complying with all import laws, duties, and regulations applicable in their jurisdiction. KryptoLabz LLC is not liable for delays, seizures, or costs resulting from customs procedures in the destination country.
Accepted payment methods are communicated at the time of transaction. All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise specified. KryptoLabz LLC reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a payment dispute, fraud, or error in pricing.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt for items that are materially not as described. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Refunds will be issued within 5 business days of receiving the returned item in acceptable condition.
Sealed product that has been opened is not eligible for return. Graded card slabs that have been tampered with or removed from their holder are not eligible for return.
